Thank you to everyone who attended roundtables in 2025! We did 10 in total, with over 80 unique individuals showing up to chat. We appreciate the one-time chances and those that made our little meet-up a staple of their year.
All things must change and so must this event! We’re planning to have them monthly, but with a few tweaks. We’ll be announcing all topics ahead of time and, in fact, they are all booked RIGHT NOW so you can sign up for the ones you’re interested in. Each session will open with a 15-to-20-minute talk on the stated topic, and then we’ll go into open Q&A and discussion. This will help keeping us from spinning our wheels on the same topic every week and will hopefully provide some timely information or a helpful tool for your AV service needs.

January – The State of AV Managed Services
This month’s topic is about where we’ve come as an industry in our ability to deliver managed services and where we still need to improve. We’ll try to set some goals for 2026 and help cut through the marketing lingo.

March – Supporting Education
We’d like to talk about the unique world of support for K-12 and higher ed customers. In a world where remote support is becoming the norm, education support still needs to ensure that classes happen on time with not a lot of wiggle room to change venues at the last minute. We’ll discuss how education is changing and what the future looks like for service.

We’ve got InfoComm in June. While many of you will be going, many of you will not and even if you do go, you miss some things. July – Downtime Activities
